Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Marketing works closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development and other functions of Nationwide Advisory Solutions to create content that meets the goals of the overall marketing plan.

They provide strategic direction and lead the development and execution of content solutions across all platforms that drive Nationwide Advisory Solutions’ business strategies and goals. This position establishes content strategy guidelines that add value to the customer experience and contribute to tangible brand goals. They create effective messaging and content that enhances and facilitates the customer journey. The Sr. Analyst, Marketing serves as the expert in maintaining current and relevant content about Nationwide Advisory Solutions’ products and business value propositions.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing will be responsible for activities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the strategic direction of NAS content plan and initiatives, including the curation, optimization, generation, and measurement of all NAS content.

  • Analyzing existing content and identifying opportunities for new content to deliver meaningful experiences and build loyal relationships with end users.

  • Establishing and managing editorial process, including editorial calendar, content creation and execution and deployment.

  • Assisting communications/PR in uncovering opportunities to craft compelling stories, and extending PR content into marketing programs

  • Assisting with a variety of special projects for marketing, sales, business development, etc.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Typical Skills and Experiences:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred

License/Certification/Designation: FINRA Series 6 license required or obtained within 120 days of their hire date

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years marketing or communications experience

Knowledge: Experience in financial services preferred

Job Conditions:

Overtime Eligibility: Not Eligible (Exempt)

Working Conditions: Travel requirement less than 10%; Travel requirement up to 25%
